How to use

  • Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa, rhizome) — 150 mg
  • Chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus, fruit) — 80 mg (10:1, QCE 800 mg)
  • Soy isoflavone extract (Glycine max – seed) — 50 mg (40% isoflavones, 20% genistein)
  • Dong quai (Angelica sinensis, root) — 50 mg (10:1, QCE 500 mg)
  • Damiana (Turnera diffusa, leaf) — 80 mg
